We offer free standard delivery on all OyaGuard orders within the United Kingdom.

Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

After processing, standard delivery usually takes 3–10 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. OyaGuard is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed, damaged, or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@oyaguard.com and include your order number and photographs of the packaging and product.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact us at info@oyaguard.com so we can investigate with the delivery provider. UK online orders should normally be delivered within the agreed timeframe and, where no timeframe has been agreed, within 30 days. coventry.gov

International delivery

At present, free delivery applies to UK orders only. International delivery may be added in the future, with any applicable delivery charges and estimated times shown at checkout.
